Its that time of year again. It’s time to establish your New Year’s weight loss goals. Why not start it off with a FREE 60 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

This is our 3rd 60 Day Weight Loss Challenge. We had so much success with the first two, we have decided to do a 3rd for the New Year. With our last two weight loss challenges, there were a total of 15 members with a combined weight loss total of 263 lbs.

Millersville Fitness – We are currently accepting applications for our FREE COMBAT FITNESS and WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE!!

Since it’s the New Year, we want to help as many people as we can who are serious about their health and weight loss goals. Therefore, we will be allowing 25 people to enter the challenge as opposed to the normal 10 to 12.

We are currently accepting applications by e-mail to participate in our awesome Weight Loss and Fitness Challenge. Our program is designed to help you shred fat, get toned, and get you in the best shape possible. If you would like to be turned into a raving success story, contact us via email and tell us your story. You’re story will not be shared with anyone. There’s a chance you could qualify for the FREE 60 Day Challenge!!

We will only be accepting the first 25 qualified individual. Please do not procrastinate. The 25 slots will go fast. Times, criteria, and etc will be discussed, if you are accepted, at the mandatory meeting on Sunday, Feb 12, at 2pm. Don’t delay and message us now! We are very excited to hear from you!

On July 30th from 2 to 3 pm, Professor Jon Garfield will be teaching a FREE Combat Fitness class.  This class is for anyone looking to get into incredible shape and shed unwanted pounds.

Mixed Martial Arts fighters are the best conditioned and in shape athletes on the planet.  Combat Fitness has taken the cardio exercises from Mixed Martial Artist and placed them into an intense 48 minute workout focusing on cardio and a complete body workout.  It is a non-contact group fitness class set in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Please wear appropriate workout clothing!
